Tennants Textile Colours is a leading manufacturer of pigment dispersions suppling the global market.
When we got a complaint from one of our customers in the Netherlands that the drum packaging in their order was covered in bird foul, this does not look good as part of our quality control as a Company profile, so this incident was raised as a non-conformance under our ISO 9001 quality accreditation.

After investigating the reported bird fouling, we discovered pigeons were roosting in our finished goods store where the drums had been stored in the racking.

Because of bird fowling on our sales products and the potential health risks to our staff I contacted Clear Skies Pest Control. Due to the size and complexity of our factory and warehouses Clear Skies embarked on building a specific and bespoke successful bird management program.

After purchasing and moving into an old house (over 100 years old) which had been lying empty for quite some time we discovered activity in the attic and under the sink and various other areas within the home of mouse activity.
There had been a sighting of one or two but nothing major. Then we heard scratching in the attic. We didn't even contemplate trying to resolve the matter ourselves as we knew with the house having been lying empty for such a long period of time we could have been dealing with a very serious infestation.

Not only was David of Clearskies Pest Control quick to respond but he was incredibly sensitive to my fear and anxiety of living in a home with mice. Within days Mark the pest controller had arrived with us and was able to give us a wealth of information about where the activity was in the home and indicated key areas we needed to close up where access to the house was likely.

He also explained every step he was taking and why and showed us exactly what he was doing. Within 24 hours Mark's work had caught 8 mice and much of the poison taken. Within a week after I requested more frequent visits Mark was able to alleviate our fears and relay to us that the infestation was not as big as we feared. Within 2 weeks the problem seems to almost have disappeared and we booked an extra visit for peace of mind.

Mark was incredibly sensitive to my fear and was compassionate and informative alleviating my concerns and helping me to understand the reality of the situation. It is thanks to Clearskies Pest Control that I feel comfortable in my home again. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
